Shipping and payment

You can choose the delivery method when placing the order. We currently offer delivery via DHL and InPost or via InPost parcel lockers.

Delivery within Poland is free.

Delivery within Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark and Czechia is free for orders with a value of goods exceeding 280 PLN or 60 €.

When placing an order in our online store, you can use the following payment methods:

1. payment by bank transfer - before collecting the ordered Goods, to the bank account of Madapi:

2. BLIK payment
3. online payment by means of fast transfers or by credit card, via the operator's payment page - Stripe

We try to fulfill orders as soon as possible - usually within 2 working days after receiving the payment. However, the maximum execution time is 5 working days or, in the case of promotional campaigns, up to 10 business days from the date of receipt of the payment.
